Katie Kehler Creations Strives to provide excellent service and products.  Please see below for the Return and Refund Policy.  

All non-custom creations made at Katie Kehler Creations can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. 

All Custom Creations sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges for a custom product. If you have concerns of the final product, please contact me.
